Knit Garments Production Operations Manager

Operations Executive
The ideal candidate will oversee the production operations of a knit garments factory.
Responsibilities include:
- Ensuring smooth factory production and overall plant management for efficient functioning.
- Meeting production targets within set time, cost, and quality parameters.
- Coordinating with various production teams to ensure timely completion of tasks.
- Implementing process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
- Maintaining product quality according to established standards.
- Providing guidance to production teams on manufacturing best practices.
- Developing and implementing strategies for expansion, productivity improvement, and manpower management.
- Monitoring departmental performance and ensuring good employee relations.
- Generating regular reports on factory performance for top management.
Requirements
The successful candidate will possess:
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Experience in the apparel manufacturing industry.
- Knowledge of Lean, SCM, and TQM principles is desirable.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to adapt to changing situations and priorities.
