Job Overview:

Ciel-HR is seeking a talented professional to fill the role of Senior Graphic Designer. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing innovative design concepts and bringing them to life through creative visuals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conceptualize and create engaging visual content that aligns with our brand identity.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, typography styles, and software to ensure our designs remain cutting-edge.
  • Work independently from concept to execution, ensuring all work meets the highest standards of quality and best practices.
  • Collaborate with senior designers to develop strong concepts from initial briefings.
  • Effectively manage projects, deliverables, and key deadlines while maintaining control over quality.

The ideal candidate will possess strong designing and communication skills, 1-3 years of proven experience in graphic designing, and the ability to come up with creative and fresh ideas. A degree in Multimedia, BMM, or Arts is not mandatory but preferred.

  • Strong understanding of design principles and aesthetics.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in industry-standard design software.
