Job Description

The ideal candidate will develop and maintain a social media content strategy and calendar aligned with business objectives.

  • Broaden reach and engagement through creative campaigns.
  • Create, edit, and publish engaging static posts, reels, and video content across platforms.
  • Craft compelling ad copies, captions, and blog posts that educate and drive action.
  • Adapt messaging for different audiences (investors, homebuyers, community members).
  • Design creatives using Canva, Photoshop, or other photo/video editing platforms.
  • Collaborate with external photographers/videographers when required.
  • Plan and execute paid ad campaigns on Meta, Google, and other digital platforms.
  • Monitor performance metrics and suggest optimizations.
  • Foster trust and credibility by responding to comments, DMs, and online reviews.
