Senior System Administrator L3 Job Posting

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Level 3 Windows System Administrator to fill this key role.

Job Summary:
  • This is a senior-level position responsible for managing, configuring, and troubleshooting Windows Server environments (AD, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy, File/Print services).
  • The successful candidate will also maintain virtualized environments (Hyper-V, VMware, or Azure Virtual Desktop) and perform patch management, upgrades, and system performance optimization.
Microsoft 365 & Azure Administration:
  • Responsibilities include administering O365 tenant services including Exchange Online, Teams, OneDrive, and SharePoint Online.
  • The ideal candidate will manage Azure AD, Conditional Access Policies, Security & Compliance Center.
  • They will also configure and maintain Intune MDM/MAM for endpoint security and compliance.
  • Supporting hybrid environments (on-premises AD + Azure AD Connect) is also an essential part of this role.
SharePoint & Power Platform:
  • This senior administrator will be responsible for administering and supporting SharePoint Online/On-Prem, including site collections, permissions, and workflows.
  • Designing, implementing, and maintaining Power Automate (Flow) solutions for business process automation is also required.
  • The successful candidate will develop Power BI dashboards and reports integrating data from multiple sources.
  • Collaborating with business stakeholders to optimize collaboration and reporting platforms is also an essential aspect of this role.
Migration Projects:
  • Leading and executing migrations to O365, SharePoint Online, and Azure is a critical responsibility of this position.
  • The ideal candidate will perform email and data migrations (Exchange, PST, file shares, SharePoint, legacy systems).
  • Ensuring minimal downtime and data integrity during migration processes is also crucial.
Security & Compliance:
  • Implementing identity and access management (IAM) best practices is essential in this role.
  • Monitoring and responding to security alerts and incidents across O365/Azure is also required.
  • Ensuring compliance with regulatory standards (ISO, SOC2, HIPAA, etc.) is a critical responsibility.
Support & Mentorship:
  • This senior administrator will provide level 3 support for escalated incidents and problem management.
  • Creating documentation, SOPs, and runbooks for IT operations is also an essential part of this role.
  • Mentoring and guiding junior engineers in troubleshooting and best practices is also required.
