Role Overview

This role involves working with stakeholders to understand business requirements and measure the alignment of business efforts with set goals. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, attention to detail and accuracy, as well as proficiency in SQL, Excel/Google Sheets, and data visualization tools like PowerBI or Tableau.

Responsibilities include:

  • Writing queries and building insightful reports/dashboards to inform decision-making
  • Timely delivery of tasks with accuracy and attention to details
  • Processing confidential data and information according to guidelines
  • Upskilling in analytics and data management tools, formulating and documenting best practices

The successful candidate will be aligned to the company's vision and culture and possess strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy.

NxtWave has established partnerships with notable organizations, including NSDC under the Ministry of Skill Development & Entrepreneurship, Govt. of India, and recognized by NASSCOM, Ministry of Commerce and Industry, Govt. of India, and Startup India.

Key Skills

To succeed in this role, the following skills are required:

  • Proficiency in SQL
  • Knowledge of any visualization tools such as PowerBI, Tableau, Looker Studio etc.
  • Proficiency in statistics for analyzing data sets
  • Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy

The ideal candidate will also need to have knowledge of English and excellent communication skills.
