About the Role

This is an exceptional opportunity for a skilled Technical Lead Software Engineer to join our team in a senior leadership position. As a technical expert, you will lead software development projects, drive innovation, and ensure the delivery of high-quality solutions that meet our clients' needs.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Leading cross-functional teams to design, develop, and deploy complex software systems
  • Mentoring junior engineers, sharing knowledge, and promoting a culture of continuous learning
  • Evaluating new technologies and implementing innovative solutions to improve efficiency and effectiveness
  • Collaborating with product managers and users to define system requirements and gather feedback

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 6-8 years of experience in Core Java, Advanced Java, Spring MVC, Spring Boot, Rest API, Tomcat
  • Knowledge of FIS products and services, as well as end-to-end systems development life cycles
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills
  • A Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related discipline
