Job Title: Cloud System Administrator

We are seeking a skilled Cloud Systems Administrator to support, maintain, and optimize our cloud infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deploy, configure, and manage virtual machines, storage, networking, and other cloud services.
  • Implement and maintain identity management solutions.
  • Monitor and optimize cloud resource utilization and costs.
Office 365 Administration:
  • Manage and support Office 365 applications, including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, and OneDrive.
  • Administer user accounts, licenses, and permissions within Office 365, ensuring compliance and security.
  • Troubleshoot issues and provide support for Office 365 services across the organization.
Security & Compliance:
  • Implement security best practices, including authentication and access controls.
  • Monitor for potential security threats and take action to resolve vulnerabilities.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory policies.
Automation & Optimization:
  • Develop and maintain scripts for automated cloud administration tasks.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement automation to increase efficiency.
Backup, Recovery, and Disaster Recovery:
  • Implement and maintain backup and recovery plans for critical cloud services.
  • Regularly test and update recovery strategies to ensure data integrity.
Documentation & Training:
  • Create and maintain technical documentation for cloud infrastructure and procedures.
  • Provide guidance and training to other staff on cloud administration best practices.
