Job Title: Software Developer Expertise

We are seeking an exceptional software developer with expertise in designing and implementing scalable backend applications using Python. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in JavaScript and cloud platforms, with a solid understanding of backend development, API integration, and cloud-native application deployment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement RESTful APIs and integrate with frontend systems.
  • Develop and maintain efficient, clean, and reusable code with best coding practices.
  • Work with CI/CD tools and containerization platforms like Docker, Kubernetes, and Cloud Build.
  • Collaborate with frontend developers to integrate user-facing elements using JavaScript frameworks (React, Angular, or Vanilla JS).
  • Deploy, manage, and scale applications on Google Cloud Platform (GCP) or any other cloud environments (AWS, Azure).
  • Optimize application performance, conduct code reviews, and provide technical guidance.
  • Implement monitoring, logging, and alerting using GCP services or equivalent.
  • Ensure security, performance, and scalability of cloud-based services.
  • Work in Agile/Scrum teams and participate in sprint planning and retrospectives.

Required Skills:

  • 4+ years of experience in Python backend development.
  • Strong expertise in JavaScript (ES6+) and frontend integration.
  • Hands-on experience with GCP (App Engine, Cloud Functions, Pub/Sub, BigQuery, IAM) or similar cloud platforms (AWS, Azure).
  • Experience with REST APIs, Microservices, and serverless architecture.
  • Good understanding of SQL and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Firestore).
  • Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Exposure to version control systems like Git and tools like Terraform, CloudFormation, or Infrastructure as Code (IaC).
  • Familiarity with unit testing frameworks (pytest, unittest).
  • Experience in data processing pipelines, ETL workflows, or streaming services.
  • Knowledge of DevOps and cloud security best practices.
  • GCP Certification is a plus.
