        • Lead technical design sessions and ensure solutions align with best practices and business objectives.">

      • Project Oversight & Governance:">
        • ">
        • Provide technical oversight for Salesforce implementations, including custom development, integrations, and data migrations.">
          • ">
          • Conduct and lead code reviews to ensure adherence to coding standards and design patterns.">
            • ">
            • Act as a technical escalation point, troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues.">
            ">
          • Collaboration & Client Engagement:">
            • ">
            • Partner with Salesforce product teams and client stakeholders to drive successful implementations.">
              • ">
              • Participate in pre-sales activities, including discovery sessions, Proof-of-Concept (POC) development, and technical deep dives.">
                • ">
                • Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor throughout the project lifecycle.">

              • Standards & Methodologies:">
                • ">
                • Define and promote coding, release management, and deployment standards.">
                  • ">
                  • Advocate for platform security best practices, including TLS, SSL, SAML, SSO, and OAuth.">
                    • ">
                    • Ensure solutions adhere to data sharing and visibility considerations and are optimized for large data volumes.">

                  • Team Leadership & Mentorship:">
                    • ">
                    • Provide guidance to development teams on Salesforce best practices and technical design.">
                      • ">
                      • Mentor junior team members to build internal expertise and foster a culture of innovation and technical excellence.">

Requirements

">
  • ">
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience.">
  • 9-14 years of CRM experience, with at least 6 years on the Salesforce platform.">
  • Experience in the oil or energy sector is a strong plus.">
  • Deep knowledge of the Salesforce ecosystem, including Sales, Service, Marketing, Community, and Experience Clouds.">
  • Expert-level understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities, including Apex, Visualforce, Lightning components, and APIs.">
  • Strong grasp of platform architecture, authentication patterns, and data integration tools (e.g., ETL, CPQ).">
  • Proficiency in systems architecture, scalable solution design, and data sharing/visibility considerations.">
  • Experience with release management, environment management, and code versioning best practices.">
  • Solid background in web-based system design and full software development lifecycle.">
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering innovative, scalable solutions.">
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical audiences.">
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.">
  • Familiarity with platform security features and integration best practices.">
  • Experience working with large datasets and understanding data volume limitations.">

Qualifications
