About the Job
As an Engineering Project Director, you will have the opportunity to showcase your expertise by acting as a design authority for various engineering disciplines and completing corresponding engineering assignments. You will ensure the activities related to all engineering disciplines within the project are executed in an efficient and cost-effective manner.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as the technical lead for all engineering activities in assignments.
  • Evaluate, select, and apply standard techniques and procedures to perform engineering assignments in projects.
  • Assist in preparing proposals/presentations for service engineering projects/programs.
  • Proactively identify potential equipment failures and take corrective actions.

Requirements:

- 8+ years of experience in process automation, especially in the fields of oil & gas, refineries, and petrochemicals.
- Experience in DCS retrofits, upgrades, service, and commissioning.
- Knowledge of ABB Harmony legacy systems both hardware and software.
- Hands-on experience with application engineering tools, specifically Symphony Plus.
- Knowledge of system installation and integration of servers and client computers in virtual environments as well as Windows administration.
- Experience with virtualization concepts, ESXi setup, RAID configuration, and VMware configuration.
- Bachelor's degree in Instrumentation Engineering, Electronics & Communications.
