Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Assistant Manager to join our team. As an Assistant Manager, you will be responsible for preparing and examining accounting records, financial statements, and other financial reports as per accounting standards.

  • You will reconcile and analyze general ledger accounts including payables and receivables.
  • Reporting to the Finance & Accounts Manager regarding accounts and finance related issues is also part of your responsibilities.

Maintaining bills from vendors, checking, getting approval and coordinating for their payments are also key aspects of this role.

Procuring bank statements monthly from all banks and preparing reconciliations statements are also crucial tasks in this position.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you must possess excellent analytical skills, strong communication skills, and the ability to work well under pressure.

  • You should have experience in accounting and finance with a strong understanding of accounting standards.
  • A Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field is required.
  • Prior experience in financial analysis and budgeting would be advantageous.
