Responsibilities
  • Prepare detailed financial analysis and reporting for each line of service and location.
  • Analyze company financials, including sales, labor margins, overheads, and SG&A.
  • Develop and maintain FTE costing, employee utilization, and realization reporting.
  • Collate data for government grant submissions and facilitate annual report preparation.
Requirements
  • CA (inter) or ICWA with 2-4 years of work experience.
  • Strong analytical skills, excellent communication, and presentation skills.
  • Proficient in BI and reporting tools, Excel, and accounting software.
  • Able to learn quickly and adapt to changing business needs.

Salary: ₹800,000 - ₹1,200,000 per annum
