We are seeking a highly skilled professional who will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying intelligent solutions across the marketing and customer experience stack.

Role Description

This role requires someone with hands-on expertise in machine learning, deep learning, and Gen AI who can work end-to-end, from writing production-ready code to training models and fine-tuning LLMs.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Python, PyTorch/TensorFlow, scikit-learn, and Hugging Face, with experience in API integration, cloud platforms, and basic DevOps for deployment.

  • Design, develop, and deploy machine learning and deep learning models for personalization, recommendation, segmentation, and content generation.
  • Fine-tune pre-trained LLMs and build RAG-based systems.
  • Work with APIs from OpenAI, Anthropic, or open-source equivalents.
  • Build prototypes quickly and iterate based on results and feedback.

The successful candidate will have at least 10 years of experience in technology, with at least 5 years in data science/AI roles. A degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field from a premier tech institution is preferred.

  • Experience with marketing data, campaign optimization, content analytics.
  • Exposure to MLOps, vector databases, or streaming data.
  • Understanding of personalization algorithms, recommender systems, or chat-based AI agents.
