About the Role:

  • We are seeking a skilled Designer to lead the creation of new furniture designs that meet current market trends.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Furniture Design: Conceptualise and create original designs for Wooden and upholstered products.
  • Design Development: Collaborate with production teams to develop design concepts into functional prototypes.
  • Quality Control: Work with quality control specialists to establish high-quality standards for finished products.
  • Technical Drawing: Produce detailed 3D models and pre-production product renders using Rhino and other software tools.

Requirements:

  • Design Graduate: Specialisation in Furniture or Product Design from a reputable institution.
  • Design Experience: Proven experience in designing and developing home decor, furniture, and craft-related products.
  • Production Coordination: Strong organisational skills to manage production schedules and vendors.
  • Attention to Detail: Keen eye for detail to ensure quality and consistency throughout the design process.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and persuasion skills to interact with designers, clients, and stakeholders.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Rhino, Adobe Creative Suite, AutoCAD/3D Max, and other relevant design software.
