Job Title: Cloud Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement continuous integration and delivery pipelines using DevOps tools like GitLab CI and AWS Code Pipeline.
  • Design, manage, and optimize cloud infrastructure in AWS, leveraging native services such as EC2, Lambda, S3, CloudWatch, etc.
  • Create and maintain automation scripts using Bash, Python, or other scripting languages to streamline operations.
  • Implement and manage containerized applications using Docker, Kubernetes, and/or OpenShift.
  • Use AWS CDK (Cloud Development Kit) to define cloud infrastructure in code and manage deployments.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to AWS services, cloud security, deployment processes, and system performance.
  • Collaborate with development and QA teams to ensure efficient integration and deployment processes.
  • Monitor, log, and improve infrastructure reliability, scalability, and performance.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Experience with cloud-native services and DevOps tools.
  • Strong understanding of cloud computing concepts and architecture.
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Bash, Python, and others.
  • Familiarity with containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
