Job Title: Agency Manager

Drive sales growth and ensure business targets are achieved by managing a high-performing team of insurance advisors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruit, onboard, and develop a team of qualified and motivated insurance advisors to meet the company's growth strategy.
  • Provide continuous guidance, training, and mentorship to enhance their product knowledge, selling skills, and overall performance.
  • Foster a culture of high performance, professionalism, and ethical conduct within the team.

Sales & Business Development:

  • Drive sales of Care Health Insurance products through the agency channel to achieve assigned sales targets.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies and plans for the agency to penetrate new markets and expand customer reach.
  • Monitor individual and team sales performance, conducting regular reviews and providing constructive feedback.

Performance & Productivity Management:

  • Ensure advisors maintain high levels of sales productivity and adherence to prescribed business metrics.
  • Implement motivational initiatives and incentive programs to encourage target achievement and advisor retention.

Compliance & Brand Representation:

  • Ensure all agency operations and advisor activities comply strictly with internal company policies, processes, and IRDAI regulations.
  • Uphold the brand image and values in all interactions with advisors, customers, and the market.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
  • Strong leadership and team-building capabilities.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Result-oriented with a proven ability to drive sales.
  • Ability to motivate, train, and coach individuals.
  • Sound understanding of sales processes and customer relationship management.
  • Knowledge of the health insurance industry and regulatory environment is preferred.
