The role involves learning and mastering various skills, including beverage preparation, customer interaction, and store operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide legendary customer service by greeting customers warmly, taking orders accurately, and serving beverages promptly.
• Create the Starbucks Experience by maintaining a clean and comfortable store environment, ensuring high-quality products, and providing a welcoming atmosphere.
• Maintain accurate cash handling and operate point-of-sale systems efficiently.
• Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.

Eligibility Criteria

• Candidates should be students pursuing 11th or Secondary / 10th pass level education.
• A minimum age of 16 years is required.
• A valid Aadhar (National Identity) card is mandatory.

Program Framework

• This is a 12-month paid apprenticeship program with on-the-job training.
• The working hours will be 9 hours per day, including a 1-hour break, and 5 days a week.
• Online assessments will be conducted at the completion of 3 and 11 months.
• A government-recognized and Starbucks co-branded certificate will be awarded upon successful completion of the program.

Estimated Salary: ₹15,000 - ₹25,000 per month, depending on experience and performance.
