Brand Growth Expert

We are seeking a highly motivated and ambitious Brand Growth Expert to join our team. As a key member of our expansion strategy, you will play a pivotal role in scaling our premium D2C brand across various marketplaces and channels.

  1. Expand Our Reach: Identify and onboard us on relevant marketplaces, fostering strong relationships with partners and driving growth through strategic partnerships.
  2. Diversify Our Presence: Explore and initiate partnerships with emerging platforms beyond the current scope, enabling us to reach new customers and increase revenue.
  3. Leverage Strategic Partnerships: Collaborate with complementary product brands to create bundled offerings, enhancing our brand visibility and appeal.
  4. Institutional & Luxury Partnerships: Develop relationships with food service establishments, luxury outlets, hotels, airlines, and hospitality networks, elevating our brand reputation and customer experience.
  5. Elevate Visibility & Sales: Execute initiatives that boost both our visibility and direct sales impact, solidifying our position in the market.

Requirements:

  • Passion for brand building, partnerships, and business growth strategies.
  • Excellent research, communication, and outreach skills.
  • Able to think strategically and identify opportunities for brand placement.
  • Self-driven and reliable, able to work independently with accountability.
  • Previous experience or internships in business development, growth, or FMCG/D2C brands is a plus.

Performance Incentive: 5% of sales volume driven during your tenure.
