Transforming the Supply Chain Planning Landscape

We are revolutionizing supply chain planning with our AI-driven demand forecasting and inventory replenishment platform.

Our total addressable market (TAM) for supply chain management (SCM) software is substantial and growing rapidly. This has significant implications for businesses looking to optimize their operations.

In this role, you will design, implement, and deploy a next-generation platform integrated with cloud services such as Amazon EMR, Athena, Glue, and Spark.

You will develop an ultra-real-time demand planning engine to help clients serve industries that manage perishable items, including food manufacturing, restaurants, grocery stores, pharmaceuticals, and more.

This is a hybrid role requiring 3 days of in-office work per week.

Job Overview

We are modernizing our demand forecasting capabilities through an enterprise-grade machine learning platform. We seek a highly skilled Senior Data Scientist / Machine Learning Engineer to design and operationalize advanced forecasting solutions at scale.

Responsibilities
  1. Design, build, and deploy production-grade forecasting models using cutting-edge techniques.
  2. Develop end-to-end machine learning pipelines for data ingestion, feature engineering, model training, and deployment.
  3. Build probabilistic models to quantify forecast uncertainty and make informed decisions.
  4. Write clean, modular, object-oriented code following best practices for scalability and maintainability.
  5. Implement MLOps best practices, including model versioning, monitoring, and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD).
  6. Work with distributed training frameworks for scalable model development and collaborate with cross-functional teams to align solutions with business needs.
  7. Utilize cloud-based environments, such as Databricks, AWS, and GCP, for large-scale data processing and analytics.
Requirements
  • 3–6 years of experience in Data Science / Machine Learning Engineering with a strong track record of delivering results.
  • Proficiency in Python and core libraries such as pandas, numpy, scikit-learn, and TensorFlow.
  • Hands-on experience with deep learning frameworks, preferably PyTorch or Keras.
  • Familiarity with distributed training and large-scale datasets, with the ability to develop and deploy models efficiently.
  • Proven ability to build scalable, production-grade ML pipelines and collaborate effectively with stakeholders.
  • Solid understanding of statistical modeling, regression, and time series analysis, with the ability to apply theoretical concepts to real-world problems.
  • Experience working in cloud environments, with a focus on maintaining high-quality code and adhering to best practices.
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
