Are you ready to shape the future with cutting-edge AI solutions? We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as Assistant Vice President – Practice SME-Agentic AI. In this role, you will be responsible for leading complex finance & accounting blueprints, RFX submissions, and providing business rationale for improving the business case.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to push the boundaries of what's possible with AI. As Assistant Vice President – Practice SME-Agentic AI, you will lead the shift to Agentic AI Solutions—domain-specific, autonomous systems that redefine how we deliver value to clients.

  • Lead complex finance & accounting blueprints with many countries/ regions in scope.
  • Lead RFX submissions for new Customers.
  • Provide sound business rationale for improving the business case for non-qualified opportunities as a result of due diligence expertise.

You will also be responsible for leading business meetings with potential new clients, pitching on proposed solutions, and convincing leadership in selecting us as primary service provider. Additionally, you will refine Accounts Payable (AP) process data repository as part of Knowledge Management framework, focus on managing the project engagement, and co-ordinate with our teams on various project management related activities.

Responsibilities
  • Building strategic relationship skills experience with peers from operations and with operating leaders to facilitate goals and objectives.
  • Is open to extensive travelling.
About You

We are looking for individuals with strong project and people management experience, who have worked in a relevant field and relevant companies (preferably BPO/SSC environment). A university graduate with professional qualification and/or experience in technical accounting sphere represents an advantage. Other key qualities include:
