The Mission

As our first AI hire and a foundational team member, you'll design the master blueprint for our interconnected AI systems and build the core intelligence powering our competitive advantage – the Data Flywheel.

Requirements

  • A visionary AI systems builder with 5+ years of experience designing, architecting, and deploying complex machine learning systems from scratch.
  • Expertise in modern AI stacks, including LLMs, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and vector databases like Pinecone and Weaviate.
  • Hands-on architect proficient in Python and its ML ecosystem, comfortable writing code to bring architectural vision to life on cloud platforms like AWS.
  • Strategic, systems-level thinker able to balance big-picture thinking with solving complex technical challenges.
  • True owner who thrives in a startup environment with full ownership, passionate about seeing architectural decisions drive tangible business success.
