Manufacturing Unit Supervisor Job

We are seeking an experienced Manufacturing Unit Supervisor to lead our daily operations and optimize production processes. The successful candidate will oversee shop floor activities, manage team performance, and maintain quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Production Oversight: Ensure targets are met by supervising production flow, monitoring progress, and making adjustments as needed.
  • Team Management: Lead a team of production staff, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure smooth operations.
  • Process Improvement: Identify areas for improvement and implement changes to increase efficiency, reduce waste, and enhance overall productivity.
  • Inventory Management: Oversee inventory levels, monitor stock movement, and maintain accurate records to prevent stockouts and overstocking.
  • Quality Control: Ensure products meet quality standards by implementing quality control measures, conducting regular inspections, and addressing any quality issues that arise.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Industrial Engineering or equivalent.
  • 5+ years of experience in solar structure manufacturing or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of solar mounting structures and fabrication techniques.
  • Experience in handling production machinery, tools, and quality control processes.
  • Familiarity with ISO standards and quality management systems.
  • Proficiency in production planning software, MS Excel, and ERP systems.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills.
