**Job Overview**

The role of a Visual Merchandiser involves working in close collaboration with the product and customer service teams to ensure that our stores' visual merchandising displays are aligned with the company's overall brand image and product assortment.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Product Knowledge: Acquire and maintain comprehensive knowledge of products, including materials, fabrics, styles, trends, and competitors' market. Regular communication and feedback with the product department is essential for staying up-to-date on new products and trends.
  • Customer Service: Familiarize yourself with the company's customer service methods and apply them effectively to meet the specific needs of customers. This includes being acquainted with customer behavior, preferences, and expectations.
  • Visual Merchandise: Implement and execute the company's visual merchandising standards to enhance product display and store image. Analyze and optimize product placement according to pictures sent from headquarters, manage furniture arrangements for effective displays, and continuously monitor and improve store visual appeal.
  • Product Reception: Manage the receipt and delivery process of products, including replenishment procedures. Ensure seamless stock management and efficient inventory handling.
  • Team Management and Development: Lead a team of visual commercials, provide guidance and training to help team members perform their duties efficiently, and foster a collaborative work environment.
  • Loss Prevention: Participate in regular inventory counts, follow security procedures, and educate colleagues on the importance of maintaining low inventory loss rates. Monitor cash desks, fitting rooms, and other high-risk areas to prevent losses.
  • Stock Management: Organize and maintain the stockroom, using available tools to stay up-to-date on stock rotation. This will ensure optimal storage conditions, minimize damage, and reduce waste.
