Job Title: Associate Staff Engineer

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Associate Staff Engineer to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who wants to work on challenging projects, develop their skills, and contribute to the growth of our organization.

About the Role

The Associate Staff Engineer will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining Adobe Real-Time Customer Data Platform (RT-CDP). They will work closely with marketing, analytics, business, and IT teams to ensure seamless data integration, technical enhancements, and customer experience orchestration.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Designing, Implementing, and Maintaining Adobe Real-Time Customer Data Platform (RT-CDP)
  • Working closely with Marketing, Analytics, Business, RHQs and IT teams to ensure seamless data integration, technical enhancements, and customer experience orchestration.
  • Develop and execute complex data integration solutions between Adobe RT-CDP and other systems.
  • Create and manage schemas, segments, and data sources within Adobe RT-CDP.
  • Create and configure XDM (Experience Data Model) schemas, datasets, and identities to enable consistent data management across channels
  • Ensure data quality, integrity, and compliance with organizational standards and regulatory requirements
  • Utilize Query Service in CDP to create custom queries, aggregate data, and generate insights
  • Configure new data sources, such as CRM, ERP, or social media platforms, to ingest into CDP
  • Set up new destinations in CDP, such as Adobe Campaign Classic
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • Strong Technical Skills:
  • 7+ years of hands-on experience with Adobe Real-Time CDP
  • Strong understanding of customer data management, data modeling, and data governance principles
  • Experience with data integration, APIs, and cloud-based architectures
  • Proven track record of successfully implementing and maintaining large-scale Adobe projects
  • Soft Skills:
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with experience working with cross-functional teams
  • Educational Requirements:
  • Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
