
Medical Research Specialist

Lead Scientific Expert is required to drive scientific activities across multiple locations and segments.
Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and implementing scientific programs through lectures/presentations to enhance scientific communication among the target audience.
- Collaborating with sales teams to conduct CMEs/doctor group meetings at all locations, identifying needs based on company priorities.
- Establishing strong relationships with key opinion leaders and staying updated with literature in the field.
- Providing technical assessments to sales staff and ensuring customer relationship management through scientific inputs and medical queries.
- Participating in field work with sales teams to build rapport with key opinion leaders and gather suggestions for improving scientific services and brand feedback.
- Facilitating liaison between key opinion leaders and internal stakeholders on educational and clinically/scientifically oriented initiatives.
- Identifying key institutes for long-term projects and managing customer relationships through scientific inputs and medical queries.
- Responding to medical queries from medical professionals, patient groups, consumer groups, government authorities, and field force to strengthen relationships with these stakeholders.
- Supporting the sales force in providing information to physicians related to latest developments in medical research and current recommendations on Standard of Care across therapeutic areas.
- Reviewing promotional materials to ensure they meet legal and scientific standards of accuracy and integrity.
- Providing product expertise to internal and external customers while adhering to local and international regulations.
- Conducting clinical research ethically, efficiently, and effectively to provide validated data.
- Strong background in scientific research and education.
