Medical Teleconsultant

Job Overview:

Deliver high-quality telemedicine services as a medical professional, providing expert advice and guidance to patients through remote consultations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough patient assessments, taking into account their medical history and current health concerns.
• Offer tailored treatment plans, including secure digital prescriptions when necessary.
• Effectively communicate with patients, addressing their questions and concerns in a clear and empathetic manner.
• Manage per-minute consultations, scheduled calls, and chat-based advice with ease.

Requirements:

• Hold a valid MBBS degree, with post-graduate specialization (MD/DM/DNB) preferred.
• Be registered with a reputable medical council (NMC/MCI/State Medical Council).
• Demonstrate at least 2 years of clinical experience.
• Be comfortable using teleconsultation tools and possess strong communication skills in English/Hindi (regional language a plus).
