The role of Employee Relations Associate is pivotal in fostering a positive work environment and ensuring employee satisfaction.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Understand, investigate, and resolve employee relations issues to achieve agreements and minimize disputes.
- Monitor organizational culture and values, supporting policy implementation and providing a positive work environment.
- Lead the development of personnel policies and procedures.
- Establish clear lines of control and delegate responsibilities effectively.
- Collaborate with business and external bodies to achieve company objectives.
- Respond promptly to emergency situations within guidelines and norms.
Requirements for Success:
- Candidates with a full-time MBA (preferably from top-ranked institutions)
- A proven track record of handling complex issues
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, empathetic, and strong negotiation/diplomacy skills
- Strong analytical and facilitation skills
- Ability to think creatively and deliver pragmatic solutions
- Flexibility and adaptability to multi-task effectively
This role involves interaction with local authorities on a need basis, hence an understanding of the local language would be an added advantage.
