The role of a Lease Paralegal involves supporting the end-to-end lease review and approval process for various types of leases across global regions.

• Receive and process lease-related queries and review requests.
• Review business case drafts and lease agreements to ensure compliance with internal guidelines and legal standards.
• Coordinate with Operations and Regional Legal teams during each stage of the lease review.
• Support the lease team in routing business cases for approval.

Key responsibilities include:

• Facilitating the signing process by identifying appropriate signatories.
• Maintaining organized records of all signed lease agreements.

The ideal candidate will have:

• A Bachelor's degree in law or equivalent.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• A basic understanding of contract law and lease agreements.
