Lead AI Development Specialist

We are looking for a highly skilled Lead AI Development Specialist to design and implement an integrated conversational platform that leverages multiple Large Language Models (LLMs).

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop advanced chat session management capabilities, including context persistence, token optimization, and retrieval-augmented generation.
  • Create high-throughput APIs with rate limiting and fault tolerance using Node.js/Deno + TypeScript and event-driven design.
  • Integrate token metering, analytics, and usage-based billing systems to ensure seamless user experience.
  • Design a secure, multi-tenant user management system with granular authentication and authorization controls.
  • Leverage event-driven architectures like Kafka or Pub/Sub for real-time processing and monitoring.
Technical Requirements:
  • Backend Engineering: Proficiency in Node.js/Deno + TypeScript, event-driven design, API performance optimization.
  • Frontend Development: Experience with React/Next.js (SSR, streaming responses, optimistic UI updates).
  • Databases: Familiarity with PostgreSQL + vector extensions (pgvector) and Redis/Valkey for caching and pub/sub.
  • Cloud & Infra: Knowledge of AWS/GCP/Azure, Kubernetes, serverless compute (Lambda/Cloud Functions), load balancing.
