About the Role

We are seeking a Content Development Assistant to join our Marketing Team. If you have a flair for writing and enjoy creating engaging content, this is an excellent opportunity to grow your skills.

This role involves working closely with our Marketing Team to develop creative content across various formats. Your tasks will include:

  • Branding Support: assisting in creating content for onboarding kits, welcome packets, hygiene materials, and vendor supplies, drafting articles, posters, and internal communication campaigns, and maintaining consistency in tone and messaging across brand assets.
  • Client & Consumer Communication: supporting in crafting short, catchy copy for campaigns, digital displays, posters, and in-app messages, drafting newsletters and other client communications under guidance, and bringing fresh ideas to make content simple, relatable, and engaging.
  • Marketing Team Collaboration: working with different members of the Marketing Team on projects that require creative input, exploring how content ties into branding, campaigns, and organizational culture.

  • Eagerness to learn how content works across branding, campaigns, and internal communication.
  • Basic comfort with digital tools (MS Office / Google Docs).
  • A collaborative attitude and openness to feedback.
