We're seeking a highly skilled Creative Visual Specialist to lead our digital presence and brand storytelling.  This full-time role combines expert graphic design with website management,  making it ideal for someone who thrives at creating engaging visual content that drives audience engagement and brand growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Excellence in Graphic Design: Create compelling, scroll-stopping graphics for all major platforms.
  • Design Assets: Produce high-quality digital assets (social media graphics, event flyers, presentations, infographics, promotional materials) using Canva.
  • Develop and maintain visual content calendars that align with marketing campaigns and brand objectives.
  • Manage and update company websites, ensuring content is fresh, accurate, and optimized for conversions.
  • Collaborate closely with marketing and leadership teams to maintain consistent brand identity across all touchpoints.
  • Create high-converting email campaign templates and digital marketing assets.
  • Optimize website for usability, mobile responsiveness, and SEO best practices.
  • Analyze performance metrics and refine design strategies based on engagement data.

Required Skills:

  • Canva Expertise: Advanced proficiency and proven track record creating professional, polished designs.
  • Wix Platform Mastery: Extensive hands-on experience building, managing, and optimizing Wix websites.
  • Deep understanding of design trends, platform specifications, and best practices.
  • Proven ability to create content that aligns with brand voice while maximizing reach and engagement.
  • Solid understanding of brand consistency, visual storytelling, and audience psychology.
  • Knowledge of SEO, digital marketing funnels, and web analytics.
  • Excellent attention to detail with ability to manage multiple projects and tight deadlines.
