Job Title: Power Sector Risk Engineering Leader

We are seeking a seasoned Risk Engineer with expertise in thermal/hydro power plants (renewables a plus) to lead high-impact risk assessments, site surveys, and technical evaluations for top-tier energy clients.

  • Conduct detailed risk surveys at power generation facilities
  • Deliver actionable risk reports with loss estimates & improvement plans
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across Risk, Ops, and Insurance
  • Support new project reviews and international risk placements
  • Work closely with business leaders, from engineers to CXOs

Requirements:

  • 8–15 years of experience in Operations/Maintenance in power plants
  • Strong grasp on technical audits, risk analysis, and reporting
  • Excellent communication & presentation skills
  • Mechanical Engineering degree (IIT/NIT preferred)
