About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Email Marketing Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for developing and executing email marketing campaigns that drive lead generation, customer engagement, and retention.
Responsibilities:
1. Develop and execute email marketing campaigns focused on lead generation, customer engagement, and retention.
2. Create clear, engaging, and persuasive email content that resonates with our target audience.
3. Implement A/B testing strategies to optimize subject lines, content, and CTAs.
4. Monitor key email marketing metrics (open rates, click-through rates, conversions) and refine strategies accordingly.
5. Manage and grow email lists using various email marketing tools.
6. Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to align email strategies with business goals.
Requirements:
1. 3-5 years of experience in email marketing, preferably with a focus on lead generation.
2. Strong command of written English with excellent grammar and persuasive copywriting skills.
3. Proven experience with email marketing platforms (Sengrid, Mailjet, Mailchimp, HubSpot, etc)
4. Understanding of email deliverability best practices, segmentation, and automation.
5. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and improve campaign performance.
6. Experience in B2B or B2C marketing, with a track record of successful lead generation campaigns.
7. Knowledge of basic design principles and ability to create graphics using Canva or Photoshop (preferred).
