We are seeking a seasoned Project Coordinator to spearhead our pre-construction initiatives and drive successful project execution from planning to delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Define project scope, timelines, and priorities across multiple initiatives within approved budgets
  • Lead planning, budgeting, cost control, and risk management efforts
  • Monitor progress and conduct review meetings to ensure alignment
  • Establish baselines and oversee resource deployment, quality compliance, and time management
  • Ensure regulatory compliance during pre-construction phases
  • Maintain effective communication with consultants, clients, and internal teams
  • Collaborate on site logistics and execution plans
  • Administer end-to-end project delivery aligned with forecasts
  • Develop procurement strategies, manage RFPs, tenders, BOQs, and site deliveries
  • Coordinate with vendors for timely material procurement and execution
  • Conduct cost analysis, rate evaluations, and BOQ preparation
