We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Special Educator to join our team at Samarthang Healthcare Private Limited, located in Bengaluru South. This is a full-time on-site role that requires a high level of commitment and expertise.

Job Description

The Special Educator will be responsible for teaching and supporting students with disabilities, developing and implementing individualized education plans (IEPs), and adapting lessons to meet the needs of students.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Teaching students with disabilities, including those with autism, Down syndrome, and other learning difficulties
  • Developing and implementing IEPs that cater to the unique needs of each student
  • Working closely with parents, teachers, and other professionals to create a supportive and inclusive learning environment
  • Monitoring student progress and providing feedback to stakeholders
Required Skills and Qualifications

Applicants must possess the following qualifications and skills:

  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Special Education, Education, or a related field
  • Experience in the Early Intervention or education sector with special kids
  • Ability to conduct assessments, develop IEPs, and report writing
  • Patience, empathy, and a nurturing approach to education
  • Candidates should have MS Word skills
