Position Details:

Job Title: Senior Developer of Large Language Models

Function/Department: Technology

Location: Hyderabad/Bengaluru - Work From Office

Role Overview

The role entails leading the design, development, and deployment of large language models and applications. A strong foundational knowledge in traditional machine learning and deep neural networks is required.

Leveraging Azure AI services, including Cognitive search, Azure Machine Learning, and Azure OpenAI, you will build and deploy AI/Large Language Model (LLM) applications. Strong proficiency in Python and experience with machine learning/LLM libraries and frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras, Langchain, and NLP tools like SpaCy, NLTK are essential.

You must have hands-on experience with LlamaIndex, LangChain, or equivalent frameworks. Carry a rich experience in designing, developing, and deploying advanced Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) based LLM solutions.

A strong understanding of LLMs, vector databases (like Chroma, Pinecone, Azure Cognitive Search), and embedding techniques is necessary. Evaluate and implement different embedding models (Azure OpenAI, Cohere, etc.) and chunking strategies (fixed size, overlap-based etc.).

Design and implement agentic AI systems that can autonomously perform tasks, make decisions, and interact with other systems or users effectively.

Evaluate and implement different fine-tuning methods such as Low-Rank Adaptation (LoRA), Quantized LoRA (QLoRA), and Pattern-Exploiting Training (PET) to optimize open-source models for specific tasks.

Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and tools such as Jenkins, Github Actions or similar is required. Collaborate with data engineers to ensure efficient data collection, preprocessing, and management for AI applications.

Provide technical leadership and mentorship to a team of developers, ensuring best practices in LLM development.
