Visual Design & Motion Graphics Intern

About the Opportunity

Join our innovative design team as a Visual Design & Motion Graphics Intern and bring stories to life through captivating visuals, animations, and video content. If you're passionate about creating engaging static and animated graphics, experimenting with formats, and turning abstract ideas into sleek creative output—this role is for you.

You'll work closely with our marketing team on campaigns, branding, and storytelling projects, contributing to larger brand initiatives from rebranding exercises to bringing new product identities to life. Take initiative to conceptualize and run design-led projects, pushing how a fintech brand shows up in the market.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design visually appealing static graphics, short animated videos, GIFs, and product explainers
  • Edit engaging videos and craft sharp visual storytelling
  • Experiment with AI-powered tools to accelerate design and motion workflows
  • Collaborate with the marketing team on branding, storytelling, and campaign development
  • Contribute to larger brand projects, including shaping Setu's rebranding exercise and bringing new product identities to life
  • Conceptualize and lead design-led projects, not just execute assets
  • Explore new formats and design ideas that push how a fintech brand showcases its brand identity

Requirements:

  • Strong foundation in design fundamentals (typography, layout, color)
  • Passion for animation, motion graphics, and video editing
  • Experience experimenting with AI design tools (Runway, Pika, MidJourney, Figma plugins, etc.)
  • High ownership and intent—willing to take ideas from concept to final output
