About the RoleThe ideal candidate will blend data analysis, business strategy, and HR process improvement to drive business objectives.
- Collect, analyze, and interpret HR and business data to identify trends and opportunities for process improvement.
- Build and maintain dashboards and reports for employee performance, experience, and retention using Excel, Power BI/Tableau, and SQL.
- Partner with HR and business stakeholders to understand challenges and recommend data-driven solutions that align people strategies with business objectives.
- Ensure data quality, accuracy, and timely communication of insights for decision-making.
- Mandatory working knowledge on Excel (SQL - Good to have)
- Experience building data models, creating interactive dashboards, and automating HR reports in Power BI/Tableau.
- Ability to analyze large data sets and generate actionable recommendations.
- Strong communication skills to translate technical data findings into clear, executive summaries for HR and business leaders.
- B-Tech/BE and B-Tech/BE + MBA
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
