Role:

Secure Digital Transformation Expert

The role of a Secure Digital Transformation Expert is to design, implement and maintain secure digital systems that meet the needs of modern businesses. This includes creating secure architecture, implementing security protocols, and ensuring compliance with industry regulations.

About the Role:

  • Develop and execute strategies to enhance security protocols, incident response, and threat detection capabilities.
  • Drive improvements in security processes, workflows, and toolsets.
  • Mentor and guide team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning, knowledge sharing, and collaboration within the security team.
  • Lead the R&D team to explore innovative security solutions, methodologies, and tools.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to communicate technical concepts and security strategies effectively.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging threats, and evolving technologies to anticipate and mitigate risks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement secure architectures for digital systems.
  • Implement and maintain security protocols and procedures.
  • Develop and execute incident response and threat detection strategies.
  • Improve security processes, workflows, and toolsets.
  • Lead R&D initiatives to explore innovative security solutions.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 10-12 years of extensive experience in security operations, architecture, and design.
  • Hands-on experience with security tools across servers, endpoints, cloud, and network.
  • Strong understanding of security architectures.
  • Attention to detail and ability to work independently.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Demonstrated expertise in leading R&D initiatives, evaluating emerging technologies, and implementing innovative security solutions.

Qualifications:

  • Strong technical leadership skills.
  • Proven track record of driving innovation and improvement in security practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Linux and Windows operating systems.
  • Understanding of security frameworks and regulations.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Advanced certifications in security, such as CISSP or CEH.
  • Experience with cloud-based security platforms and tools.
  • Knowledge of DevOps and Agile methodologies.
