Job Title: Accounting Professional

We are seeking an accomplished and meticulous accounting professional to fill a key role within our organization. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling routine accounting tasks and supporting the finance team with day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Accurately record daily transactions in accounting software
  • Efficiently handle data entry for sales, purchases, and expenses
  • Prepare and maintain vouchers, bills, and invoices
  • Reconcile bank statements and petty cash
  • Maintain files and documentation for accounts
  • Assist in GST and TDS filing and basic compliance
  • Support the team in preparing reports as required
  • Coordinate with vendors and follow up on payments
  • Assist during audits with document preparation
  • Perform any other accounting-related tasks assigned by management
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Commerce or related field
  • Sound knowledge of accounting principles
  • Familiarity with Tally or other accounting software
  • Proficient Excel and data entry skills
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to learn and adapt to new systems and processes
