Job Title: Printed Folded Carton Print Manager

We are seeking an experienced Print & Pre-Press Manager to oversee print operations in the North East.

This role offers a fantastic opportunity for a skilled professional to join our team and make a real impact.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure the highest standards of print quality and meet customer expectations at all times.
  • Drive maximum run speeds, productivity improvements, and purchasing orders to minimize costs.
  • Liaise with the production planner for efficient running sequences and resource allocation.
  • Maintain BRC standards, correct PPE, and thorough accident investigations to ensure a safe working environment.
  • Manage overtime, absence, timekeeping records, shift reports, and skill matrices to optimize personnel efficiency.
