Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Python Developer to join our team and contribute to the development of cutting-edge AI models. Your work will involve designing, implementing, and refining AI training pipelines, as well as generating and refining datasets for Supervised Fine-Tuning (SFT) and Reinforcement Learning with Human Feedback (RLHF).

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work on various tasks, including:

  • Developing efficient Python code that supports AI training pipelines.
  • Generating and refining datasets for SFT and contributing to RLHF workflows.
  • Running Evals to measure and compare model performance.
  • Assessing and ranking model outputs, providing clear, structured feedback.
  • Partnering with researchers and annotators to enhance model alignment.
  • Maintaining clean code and documentation to ensure reproducibility.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • Proficiency in Python with strong debugging and optimization skills.
  • Familiarity with Python testing frameworks (unit, integration, property-based).
  • Understanding of concurrency, multi-threading, and async programming.
  • Experience with code quality, architectural patterns, and refactoring.
  • Strong problem-solving mindset and clear communication skills in English.

Contract Details

Please note the following contract details:

  • Commitment: 20, 30, or 40 hrs/week (min. 4 hrs/day overlap with PST).
  • Type: Contractor (no medical/paid leave).
