Job Title: Senior Clinical Data Coordinator

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to work with a dynamic team. As a Senior Clinical Data Coordinator, you will be responsible for project-specific and departmental document tracking and control activities.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Document Review: You will review CRF (as per protocol) and project-specific documents with precision.
  2. Data Management: You will initiate project-specific DMTMF (Data Management Trial Master File) and e-filing, reviewing it on an ongoing basis.
  3. Project Coordination: You will prepare project-specific documents, handle requests/issues by the client and team in coordination with the Project Manager.
  4. Database Design: You will coordinate with Clinical Data Associates in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) leading to robust database design.
  5. Procedure Verification: You will perform procedure verification as a part of database validation.
  6. Data Clarification: You will create, review, process, and track of Data Clarification Forms and updating clinical databases for ensuring data validity as per the protocol.
  7. Manual Data Listings: You will conduct manual data listings as needed and assist in maintaining documents for Pre-production and Pre-lock audits.
  8. Training and Development: You will conduct project and process-specific training for subordinates, act as a back-up for the Data Manager, and assist in preparation/review of departmental SOPs.
  9. QC Functions: You will conduct basic QC functions for departmental activities, ensure SOP compliance in project deliverables, and other responsibilities as delegated by reporting head & senior management.
