Job Summary

We're seeking a skilled AI Solutions Architect to lead the implementation of cutting-edge AI technology into real-world business processes. This is an opportunity to drive innovation and collaborate with our founder-level partners to solve complex customer challenges.

About the Role

  • Work closely with our founders and Head of Implementation to analyze, design, and deliver high-impact solutions that directly improve customer success.
  • Drive the integration of AI tools and emerging technologies into client workflows and business processes.
  • Create custom software solutions using visual development environments to solve complex business challenges.
  • Become an expert in the Cohesiv platform while contributing insights for new features and capabilities based on real customer needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Rapid prototyping and proof-of-concepts using no-code platforms.
  • Client success management, overseeing a portfolio of 8-15 clients through their entire journey from onboarding to optimization.
  • Serving as the voice of the customer, providing valuable insights to our product team about platform enhancements and new feature needs.

Requirements

  • No-code/low-code proficiency, experience with visual development platforms and drag-and-drop workflow builders.
  • Technical foundation, strong technical background required, ability to understand system architecture, design solutions, and build complex integrations.
  • Cohesiv AI Platform, willingness and ability to quickly master our proprietary Cohesiv AI platform while applying technical understanding to build robust, scalable solutions.
  • AI integration understanding, familiarity with how AI tools can be integrated into business workflows and processes.
  • System integration, experience connecting different software systems and data sources.
  • English communication, advanced proficiency in written and verbal English for client communication.

Additional Qualifications

  • Software development background, previous experience in any programming language - helps understand technical concepts but coding won't be primary responsibility.
  • AI development tools, familiarity with modern AI-assisted development.
  • Enterprise software experience, understanding of how large organizations use and integrate software systems.
  • Learning agility, demonstrated ability to quickly master new platforms and technologies.
  • Client-facing experience, any previous experience in customer success, consulting, or client communication roles.
