Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Automation Engineer to join our team. As an Automation Engineer, you will play a key role in developing and maintaining automated testing frameworks to support code drops in various environments.

The ideal candidate will have experience working with test automation tools such as Java, TestNG, and Maven. You will also be responsible for designing and implementing large-scale API web service automation frameworks, as well as automating AWS, API, and RESTful web service testing using Java.

In this role, you will work closely with developers, QA engineers, and other project team members to analyze test results, identify problems, and develop solutions. You will also be responsible for documenting clear and detailed defect reports, including steps to reproduce actual and expected results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain automated testing frameworks to support code drops in various environments
  • Design and implement large-scale API web service automation frameworks
  • Automate AWS, API, and RESTful web service testing using Java
  • Analyze test results, identify problems, and develop solutions
  • Document clear and detailed defect reports
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in testing with emphasis on test automation using Java, TestNG, and Maven
  • Experience working with GitHub and Jenkins in a CI/CD environment
  • Strong knowledge of relational and non-relational databases, including PostgreSQL/MSSQL
  • Excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work on multiple concurrent tasks
