Job Opportunity for SQL Database Administrator

We are seeking a highly skilled SQL Server DBA to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of SQL Server 2016/2019/2022 architecture, SSMS, and SQL Agent.

  • Responsibilities:
  • Hands-on experience as a SQL Server DBA with 1–3 years of expertise in database administration, including installation, configuration, and troubleshooting.
  • Practical experience working with CDC (Change Data Capture) using Debezium/Kafka for real-time data synchronization and knowledge on Always On Availability Groups.
  • Proficient in performance tuning and debugging of stored procedures and SQL jobs.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with excellent verbal and written communication abilities.

Requirements:

  • Experience with GitLab/GitHub and CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins.
  • Strong knowledge of backup/restore strategies, recovery models, and database maintenance on production support.
  • Ability to work in rotational shifts, including nights and weekends as required.
