Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop structured data science roadmaps and lead cross-functional teams to execute on them.
  • Manage end-to-end client AI & analytics programs in dynamic environments, requiring expertise in technical team management, client interaction, and hands-on contribution.
  • Discover hidden patterns in large datasets and drive business results using data-backed insights.
  • Contribute to internal product development initiatives related to data science and drive project management excellence for delivering complex projects.
  • Establish trusted advisor relationships with IT management at clients and internal leadership.

Requirements:

  • Postgraduate degree from a top-tier institute in a quantitative field.
  • 14+ years of experience in applied machine learning, AI, and analytics.
  • Expertise in scientific programming languages such as Python, R, SQL, NoSQL, Spark, and cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, GCP).
  • Strong understanding of machine learning, deep learning, data mining, and statistical concepts, with experience in developing models and solutions in these areas.
  • Experience in client engagement, problem-solving, and offering solutions in various domains.

  • Deep understanding of ML algorithms for common use cases in structured and unstructured data ecosystems.
  • Comfortable with large-scale data processing and distributed computing.
