Embracing Digital Evolution: A Strategic Partnership

The role of the Head of Digital IT involves orchestrating the delivery of custom-built and commercial-off-the-shelf (COTS) IT solutions across various entities. This position is pivotal in establishing a robust data lake infrastructure and embedding AI-enabled applications.

Key Responsibilities & Tasks:

  • Develop and Execute a Digital Transformation Roadmap: Ensure alignment with enterprise-wide strategic priorities to drive business growth and innovation.
  • Scale Data Lake Infrastructure: Develop and maintain a robust data lake infrastructure to support enterprise-wide analytics, providing actionable insights for informed decision-making.
  • Drive Digitalization and Tooling Strategies: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement effective digitalization and tooling strategies, enhancing operational efficiency and productivity.
  • Establish Success Metrics and Report Insights: Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for Digitalization projects, reporting progress and outcomes to senior leadership.
  • Oversee COTS and Custom IT Solutions: Champion design thinking and agile methodologies to deliver high-quality, user-centric IT solutions that meet business needs.
  • Embed AI-Enabled Applications: Integrate AI-enabled applications across business functions to enhance decision-making, automation, and process optimization.
  • Anchor Software Engineering Practices: Establish and maintain software engineering best practices, enabling the delivery of product minimum viable products (MVPs).
  • Ensure Strategic Compliance: Guarantee compliance with InfoSec, legal, and regulatory standards, safeguarding the organization's reputation and assets.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in leading digital transformation initiatives and implementing AI-enabled solutions.
  • Strong technical expertise in data lake infrastructure development and maintenance.
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills to drive cross-functional team efforts.
  • Ability to define and track KPIs, providing actionable insights to inform business decisions.
  • Experience with design thinking and agile methodologies to deliver user-centric IT solutions.
