Job Title: US Tax Professional
We are seeking a skilled and experienced tax professional to join our team in Noida. This is a full-time position that involves working both remotely and in-office, as scheduled by the company.
The successful candidate will focus on tax compliance, preparation, and advisory services across various client types.
- Prepare personal and corporate income tax returns, including 1040 and 1120 filings.
- Apply tax treaty provisions to cross-border transactions.
- Assist with sales tax filings and registrations.
- Support tax planning initiatives for cross-border transactions.
- Draft and organize working papers for income tax filings.
- Aid in tax audits with relevant authorities.
Key Responsibilities:
Tax Planning and Compliance:- Develop and implement tax strategies for clients.
- Conduct tax research and provide recommendations.
- Ensure compliance with tax laws and regulations.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Essential Skills:- 2+ years' experience in preparing/reviewing 1040 and 1120 tax returns.
- Public accounting/tax experience preferred.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
