Program Management Lead for Conversational AI

About the Role
As a Program Management Lead for Conversational AI, you will play a crucial role in driving the development and execution of our core product initiatives. This position requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and experience in managing complex projects. You will oversee project timelines, manage resources, and ensure that all deliverables meet the highest standards of quality.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain comprehensive product roadmap that aligns with our vision and business objectives.
- Lead project planning sessions to identify project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
- Coordinate with internal resources and third parties for flawless execution of projects.
- Ensure resource availability and allocation, managing changes in project scope, schedule, and costs.
- Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques.
- Report and escalate to management as needed, managing the relationship with the client and stakeholders.
- Perform risk management to minimize project risks, establishing and maintaining relationships with third parties/vendors.
- Perform data analysis (root cause deep dives, correlations, regressions, simulations, and optimization) to identify different opportunities to reduce process gaps.
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
- Manage audit engagements and liaise with auditors to achieve and maintain certifications, ensuring our systems comply with leading industry standards, including ISO 27001 and SOC 2.
Requirements
- MBA along with 3 to 8 years of experience in product/service/project/program management or software development building software/SaaS products.
- Understanding or hands-on experience in software development and web technologies is must have.
- Experience managing end-to-end projects in high growth environments.
- Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office, project management tools like Azure DevOps, JIRA, MS Project, Asana, or Trello.
- Experience in audit readiness activities and collaboration with auditors/regulators for SOC 2 and ISO 27001 is a plus.
- PMP, Agile certification or Scrum Master certification is a plus.
